Gentle Yoga
10:00–10:20 am

Ideal for anyone with limited range of motion or special needs. Postures will be adapted and supported, emphasis will be given to warming up and awareness of body movement.

Pilates

Personal Training

The personal training session will incorporate various movements using resistance bands, medicine balls, and body weight for a total body workout. Participants will work in a group and learn the fundamentals to create and execute a comprehensive resistance training routine.

Zumba
1:00–1:20 pm & 1:30–1:50 pm

This class uses a fusion of Latin and international dance themes (from the Colombian cumbia to meringue, salsa, and calypso) creating a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness workout. The routines feature aerobic fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. You can burn up to 450 calories an hour and get a toning workout as well.

BodyVive
2:00–2:20 pm & 2:30–2:50 pm

BodyVive is the low-impact group fitness workout that lets you choose just how hard you work. Using the VIVE™ balls, VIVE™ tubes and optional hand weights you've talked step-by-step through the entire class by a skilled instructor, while listening to uplifting and inspiring music. Best of all, you finish feeling thoroughly rejuvenated—and fizzing with energy.

Belly Dancing

Bios

Pamela Luedtke is an active instructor and performer in the Central Wisconsin for nearly 10 years. She founded the performing troupe Shuvani Tribal Belly Dance, serves as the the Artistic Director for Point Dance Ensemble, and is the founding member of Artist in Residency (AIR) Project. In addition, Pamela is a certified Brain Gym Instructor and Consultant. Pamela is also an Associate Lecturer in the Department of Theatre and Dance at UWSP. Marguerite Ramlow has been studying yoga for over 30 years, incorporating Yogi principles into her life and work. She is a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. She received teacher training and certification from both Tias Little of Prajna Yoga and Jennifer Ebel.

Christopher Rice, MS CSCS is the Fitness Operations Team Leader at Adventure 212°. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Health Promotion, and Master's degree in Kinesiology. He has been training athletes and clients of all ages for the past 8 years.
