Cooking Classes Description

Class fee: $30
Fee includes all supplies, samples, and recipes.
Cooking classes are limited to 8 participants and are held in the kitchen of the Jensen Center.

Artistic Chocolate Creations

1:00 — 2:30pm

Learn professional techniques for making beautiful and entirely edible works of art out of chocolate. Subjects include tuxedo strawberries, transfer sheet creations, cherry mice, edible glitter, modeling chocolate, and more.

I am a Fox Valley Technical College graduate with associate degrees in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management. I've taught a few classes ranging from chocolate to sushi (not at the same time of course) and now enjoy working at Bouchee in De Pere where I help with cakes, prepare food for the cafe, and execute upscale catering.

Molded Holiday Chocolates

3:00 — 4:30 pm

Learn about choosing ingredients, make fillings and creating molded candies. Learn to make a hollow chocolate Santa Claus! Samples and recipes are included, ideas are boundless!
